At D&C Royal Dachshunds, we strive to make the puppy reservation and purchasing experience as seamless, transparent, and convenient as possible. For your convenience, we offer secure online payment options through Stripe, allowing you to complete transactions with confidence.
Puppy Reservation Deposit
Secure Your New Family Member
Once your puppy selection has been confirmed and approved by D&C Royal Dachshunds, a reservation deposit is required to officially reserve your puppy.
Reservation Deposit: $500
Your deposit will be applied toward your puppy's total purchase price.
Once your reservation is confirmed, your selected puppy will be marked as reserved and removed from public availability.
Important Deposit Information

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of buyer-initiated cancellation, change of mind, or inability to complete the purchase, except as required by applicable law.

Deposits may be transferred toward a future available puppy at the sole discretion of D&C Royal Dachshunds.

Priority Waitlist Deposit

Waitlist Deposit: $500
Your deposit will be applied toward your puppy's total purchase price.
At D&C Royal Dachshunds, we understand that finding the perfect puppy is a special and exciting experience. Our Priority Waitlist offers families the opportunity to secure a place in line for consideration for one of our upcoming litters. By joining our waitlist, you will receive priority consideration when puppies become available, based on your preferences and placement availability.
How Our Priority Waitlist Works

Priority Consideration: Waitlist families are contacted regarding upcoming or available puppies before they are offered to the general public, in accordance with waitlist order and suitability.

Personalized Preferences: We take your preferences into consideration, including coat color, pattern, gender, and other desired characteristics.

Future Litter Opportunities: Your waitlist placement allows you to be considered for future litters until a suitable puppy becomes available, subject to our waitlist policies.

Deposit Credit: Your waitlist deposit will be credited toward the total purchase price of your selected puppy once a reservation is confirmed.
Important Waitlist Information
A waitlist deposit secures priority consideration but does not guarantee a particular puppy, litter, gender, coat color, breeding outcome, or timeframe.
Waitlist deposits are non-refundable in the event of buyer-initiated cancellation or withdrawal, except as required by applicable law or otherwise agreed in writing.
If D&C Royal Dachshunds is unable to fulfill your waitlist placement, any refund or transfer will be handled according to the agreed waitlist terms and applicable law.
Puppy selections remain subject to availability, breeder approval, and the health and well-being of our puppies.

Final Puppy Payments
One Step Closer to Bringing Your Puppy Home!
We understand that each puppy and purchase arrangement is unique. For this reason, all final payments are handled individually to ensure accuracy and transparency.
5-7 days before your puppies scheduled go-home date, you will receive a personalized Stripe invoice reflecting your exact remaining balance.
Your invoice will include the agreed purchase price, applicable deposit credit, and any additional agreed charges.
A final payment invoice will be sent 5-7 days before puppy is scheduled to go home
Please do not submit an additional deposit as payment toward your remaining balance unless instructed by D&C Royal Dachshunds.

Payment Policies & Important Information
Reservation Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable following buyer-initiated cancellation, except where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed in writing.
Final Balances: All outstanding balances must be paid in full and cleared before a puppy is released to their new family.
Payment Confirmation: Customers will receive confirmation of successful payments through Stripe or D&C Royal Dachshunds.
Payment Disputes: If you have questions or concerns regarding a transaction, please contact us directly so we can assist you. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.
Terms & Conditions: By completing a payment, you acknowledge the payment policies and agree to the applicable Terms & Conditions, subject to any legally required rights and protections.
